I photographed 5 items around my home that probably won't be around in 5 years. It was a fun exercise and helped get some creative juices flowing. (Plus it was fun to play with my new camera!)
And one I really hope is missing in 5 years --
(Did you know brown toilets were only manufactured for two years in the late 70's? We are fortunate enough to have one in our downstairs guest bathroom. It's groovier than you can imagine . . . )

Those brown commodes must have been a big seller in Indiana. My cousins bought a house a few years ago and it came with a groovy brown commode. You are fortunate, yours still has the matching toilet seat. Theirs came with a super groovy yellow seat ring. It was attractive let me tell ya.
